Just like any business owner, you know your clients best, and you should have the ability to tailor your services to fit your client’s needs. Here at Bradford we strive to give you the plan options and support you need in order to accomplish this.
Since we are a 100% commission brokerage, we realize that our success depends deeply on your success, which is why we offer unmatched support through our agent concierge as well as an a la carte menu of services that help put you in control.
Our agent concierge service is specifically designed to help our agents become more efficient. From answering questions, to making lunch reservations, and even sending reminders of when your license expires, we are here to help!
No assistant? No problem. We have full-time, experienced contract-to-close professionals here to assist you as needed. For a small fee of $375 per transaction, you get a dedicated contract-to-close expert to take control of all of the mundane administrative tasks that take up so much of your time. Once you have a binding contract, your transaction coordinator will take it from there. They can even type up contracts and attend closings for you at an additional hourly rate.
Need assistance in getting your client’s investment property rented? No problem! Our in-house property managers have your back. They can assist your clients by advertising their property, collecting applications, performing background checks, and writing up lease agreements. We have a unique set of compensation plans that are designed to give you complete control over your business. With both of our plans you keep 100% of your commission, giving you the freedom to tailor your services to fit your client’s needs. This maximizes your negotiating power while giving you the ability to invest some of your hard earned money into your business to accelerate growth. Our process is simple, you pick your preferred plan from our two options and we automatically deduct your monthly brokerage fee from your bank account. You can also pay for an entire year up front. Once per anniversary year you can switch your plan.
$150 per month ($1800 per year)
$750 transaction fee
$375 per month ($4500 per year)
$250 transaction fee
You are allowed to charge your client up to $250 for the transaction fee, giving you the freedom to cap your expenses for the year if you so choose.

From the company’s perspective, our agents are our clients and we strive to make sure that you are treated as such.
