Kyle is a native of Nashville and has been in the real estate business since 2004. He was a "Lipscomb Lifer" until transferring to TNU to play baseball for Jeff Forehand in 2002. He graduated from Trevecca in 2004 and went straight into real estate. Kyle has been a licensed Broker since 2008 and has produced multi-million dollar sales every year he has been in the business. He and his team regularly close over 100 homes per year and over $50 million in sales volume-over $160 million in sales from 2016-2018. The FRP team strives to live by our 3 principals: 1) Serve Jesus 2) Be Profitable 3) Give It Away. He and his wife, Lindsey, live in Oak Hill with their daughter, Josie (4), and son, Henry (2). When he is not selling property, you will likely find Kyle grilling something on his Big Green Egg, swimming with Josie, or at a Cubs or Titans game. Lindsey and Kyle are proud supporters of several missions efforts and youth sports programs.

Scott Richardson has always had a passion for real estate. As a Nashville native with both parents in the industry, he has witnessed the growth of the city firsthand throughout the years.
After graduating from Lipscomb High School, Scott earned his bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University.
In 2013, Scott joined the Bradford Real Estate team (formally Felts, Jackson, Waggoner) as an agent and in June 2018, became the Principal Broker.
Being involved in the market day to day, Scott is able to maintain key expertise while training, coaching and mentoring agents in the office. By fostering a positive working environment, Scott continuously promotes and encourages learning and development individually and as a team. Scott and his wife, Stephanie have a daughter, Claire, and enjoy golf, tennis, traveling, and spending time with their families in New England and Texas.
Pat Waggoner is a native of Nashville. He is a 1969 graduate of Hillwood High School and a 1973 graduate of Lipscomb University where he received a B.S. degree in accounting. After graduating from Lipscomb, Pat worked at Genesco Inc. for 21 years as an auditor, cash management director, financial operations director, risk manager, and retirement trust investment manager. Pat left Genesco Inc. on April 30, 1995 to become the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Folk-Jordan Real Estate Co. Inc. until June 30, 1999. In 2009 Pat and Kyle formed Felts, Jackson, Waggoner Real Estate Services where he served as an Affiliate Broker and Partner of the firm. Pat enjoys helping clients to achieve their real estate business and investment objectives by striving to provide the highest level of professional and quality service based on the clients’ needs.
