In Response to Nashville Flooding

In response to the second worst flooding event in Nashville history, Nashville and Middle Tennessee is coming together to support each other through this devastating event that has resulted in multiple deaths and loss of houses and businesses in our community.

It is crucial that real estate professionals continue to give buyers and homeowners all available resources so that their clients can make informed decisions to mitigate flood risks.

FEMA and Flood Factor websites both are tools to assess flood risk ratings. Both websites provide accurate, transparent information regarding flooding assessments to bring attention any known risks.

Our role as real estate professionals is to serve and keep our Nashville community as informed and prepared as possible as cities and risk change over time. Please see below on how to volunteer this week with the Nashville community.
