In 2013, Scott Richardson joined Bradford Real Estate (formerly Felts, Jackson, Waggoner) as a Real Estate Professional and became Bradford’s principal broker in June 2018. As a Nashville native, Scott has always had a passion for real estate. With both of his parents in the real estate industry, he has witnessed the growth of the city firsthand for years. After graduating from Lipscomb High School, Scott Earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.
Being involved in the market day to day, Scott is able to maintain key expertise while training, coaching and mentoring agents in the office. By fostering a positive working environment, Scott continuously promotes and encourages learning and development individually and as a team. He is committed to providing agents and their clients with excellent service and support.
Scott and his wife, Stephanie have a daughter, Claire, and enjoy golf, tennis, traveling, and spending time with their families in New England and Texas.
